Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to travel services arranged by AyDor Travel, operated by Individual Enterprise “Hilli Syyahat”.

By confirming a booking or paying an agreed deposit or payment, the traveller or contracting travel partner accepts the booking-specific terms communicated for that reservation.

1. Quotations and availability

Unless expressly stated otherwise, itineraries and quotations are proposals and remain subject to availability until confirmed.

Prices may change before confirmation due to hotel rates, air or rail fares, transport costs, exchange rates, government charges or supplier price changes.

2. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after AyDor Travel provides confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received according to the agreed terms.

3. Payment

Payment schedules, deposits and accepted payment methods may vary by booking and will be stated in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.

Bank, card, payment-provider or transfer charges may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on hotels, airlines, rail operators, visa services and other suppliers.

Booking-specific cancellation conditions stated in a quotation, invoice or confirmation take precedence over these general terms.

Non-refundable supplier charges already incurred may remain payable.

5. Changes requested by the traveller

Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

6. Changes to itineraries

Itineraries may occasionally require adjustment because of weather, road conditions, border procedures, flight or train schedule changes, government restrictions, site closures, safety considerations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, AyDor Travel will arrange an alternative of similar character.

7. Passports, visas and entry requirements

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports and complying with entry, transit and exit requirements.

Where AyDor Travel provides visa or invitation-letter assistance, approval remains subject to the relevant governmental or immigration authorities.

AyDor Travel cannot guarantee that a visa, invitation letter or entry permission will be issued.

8. Flights, trains and third-party suppliers

Airlines, railway companies, hotels, guides, transportation companies and other suppliers operate under their own conditions.

Schedule changes, delays, cancellations, baggage restrictions and similar supplier decisions may be outside AyDor Travel’s control.

9. Travel insurance

Travellers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical treatment, trip cancellation, interruption, baggage and other relevant risks.

10. Health and physical requirements

Travellers are responsible for considering their own health, fitness and ability to participate in the selected itinerary.

Some tours may involve long drives, desert environments, mountain roads, remote areas or limited facilities.

11. Personal belongings

Travellers remain responsible for passports, money, luggage, electronic devices and other personal belongings.

12. Force majeure

AyDor Travel is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, border closures, transportation disruption, strikes, epidemics, governmental actions or similar circumstances.

13. Liability

AyDor Travel organises and coordinates travel services and may use independent hotels, transport companies, guides and other suppliers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AyDor Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Traveller conduct

Travellers must comply with local laws, customs, safety instructions and reasonable directions from guides and service providers.

AyDor Travel may refuse or discontinue services where a traveller’s behaviour creates a serious safety risk, violates applicable law or materially disrupts the group or service.

15. Complaints

If a problem occurs during a trip, travellers should notify AyDor Travel or the local representative as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to assist.

16. Website information

We aim to keep website information accurate, but itineraries, prices, photographs, hotel examples, schedules and other details may change.

The final booking confirmation and agreed itinerary take precedence over general website information.

17. Booking-specific and B2B agreements

Written conditions contained in a quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or B2B agreement may supplement or override these general Terms & Conditions where expressly agreed.
